Please plan to join us on Saturday, October 4th for our 1st Annual Your Heart Counts 5K! 
We’re getting closer to race day, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome runners, walkers, and supporters for this special community event.
Whether you’re ready to hit the pavement or just want to come out and cheer, we’d love to see you there!
Proceeds from this 5K will support our cardiac patients by providing community educational services, scales for heart failure patients, blood pressure cuffs for our cardiac OB patients, scholarships for cardiopulmonary rehab services, and so much more.
The race is open to all ages!
For the racers, medals will be given out in the different racing categories, as well as a 5K t-shirt, snacks, and drinks. Plus, we will have raffles and a silent auction going on to help raise additional funds.
