Union General Health System owns and operates 22 facilities within the Tri-State area. Those facilities include Union General Hospital, Chatuge Regional Hospital, Union County Nursing Home, Chatuge Regional Nursing Home, as well as 16 other medical-related facilities and clinics, plus a fitness center and day care.

The office is conveniently located on the second floor of Union General Hospital in Blairsville.
