At Union General Hospital, our Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation program will teach you how to truly live and not just exist with your heart or lung disease. We offer Phase II, Phase III, as well as, Lifestyle and Risk Reduction Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation programs. Our Medical Director ensures that your comprehensive disease management program (exercise and education) is designed using the most up-to-date information for your condition. We will provide you with encouragement as you make any needed lifestyle changes. The exercise portion is designed to strengthen your heart, lungs, overall endurance and quality of life.

We are a host site for American Lung Association’s (ALA) Better Breathers Program and are registered as a provider of Freedom from Smoking Cessation Program and as a pulmonary rehabilitation provider with the ALA.
